Urgently Required for (SRACO) Saudi Arabia

• CCMS/BMS Operator

• Shall have a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.  

• Shall have a Software & Hardware training on Computerized Control System. 

HVAC/CHiller system/power plant. 

• Experience with Honeywell Delta CCMS the system will be preferred.

• Chemist 

• Gulf Return Candidate will be prefered first. 

• Chiller Plant Operator 

• Diploma/Certificate in a related field. 

• 2 years training in repair & maintenance of large chiller plants including Electrical systems, Controls & rotating machines. 

• 5 years experience in HVAC repair & maintenance. 

• Civil Foreman

• Diploma in Civil + 5 years Experience in the Same Feild. 

• Mechanical Technician 

• Diploma & Certificate in Mechanical, 

• 06 years experience in maintenance Field, a minimum 03 years recent experience. 

• Fluent in written & spoken English. 

• Diploma 05 Years Experience in Same Feild. 

• Communication Specialist

• Diploma +5 Years Experience in Same Feild.

• Instrument Technician

• Shall have a degree preferably Masters in Instrumentation Engineering.
• 6 years experience in large-scale instrumentation installation, 3 years of recent experience shall have been in his trade at a large medical complex.
• Fully conversant with DCS, PLC & Building Automation. Overseeing electrical testing, instrumentation calibration & loop testing & documentation of all results, preferably in hospitals.
• Fluent in written & spoken English.

• Maintenance Planner 

• B.S Degree in Civil Engineering with 6 years of experience in multi-discipline and planning, three years of which shall have been in maintenance activities.
• Fluent in written & spoken English.

• Mechanical Foreman

• DAE (Mechanical) + 7 years experience in his trade, a minimum 3 years of recent experience shall have been in supervisory at a large institutional, residential or office complex.
• Practical experience in the repair & maintenance of large central plants, HVAC system and all other areas of his trade.

• Medical Gas Technician 

• Diploma + 05 Years experience.
