District And Session Judge Office Tando Adam Khan, Sindh.

It is hereby notified for the information of the deserving candidates that the following posts have fallen vacant in Tando Muhammad Khan Judicial District. 

SITUATIONS VACANT

• Stenographer (BPS-16) 

Qualification: Graduation from a recognized Institute (Typing speed 40, Shorthand speed 80 words per minute), with the knowledge of Computer and MS Office and possesses a Shorthand Certificate from a reputed institution.

Domicile & PRC: Throughout Sindh.

Note: The appointment of candidates not possessing PRC & Domicile of District Tando Muhammad Khan, if qualified, would be subject to relaxation by Honorable high court. 

• Computer Operator (BPS-12) 

Qualification: Intermediate from a recognized Institute with minimum 1-year Diploma in I.T / Computer Science or 3 years Associate Diploma (DAE) in IT / Computer Science. 02 years of experience in relevant field, e.g. Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, Key Punch Operator etc. 

Note: Higher qualification candidate having Degree in I.T. does not require short courses / D.I.T etc. 

Domicile & PRC: District Tando Muhammad Khan. 

• Junior Clerk (BPS-11) 

Qualification: Intermediate from a recognized Institute (Typing speed 40 words per minute). Preference will be given to those who have computer knowledge.

• CCTV Operator (BPS-05)

Qualification: Matriculation from a recognized Institute with Short Courses in Electronics /Computers/ MS Office / Electrical. Minimum 01 Year Experienced in Installing and Operating "Monitoring, Servicing, Troubleshooting & Operating CCTV Cameras (Analog & Digital) with the installation of Coaxial, Fiber, Copper & Electrical Cabling, DVRs/NVRs, troubleshooting etc." will be given preference. (Minimum 1-Year Experience Certificate is also required from reputed CCTV related firms/companies.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. As per instructions of High Court of Sindh, initial test for the post of Stenographer (Only) shall be conducted through Sukkur I.B.A Testing Services. Form / Challan can be downloaded from Sukkur  I.B.A University website www.iba-suk.edu.pk or S.I.B.A Testing Services website.  www.sts.net.pk.

2. The fee of Rs.700/- for the post Stenographer is be deposited through any online branch of ABL Bank. 

3. Application form for the post Stenographer duly filled in along with original online deposit slip, attested copies of CNIC, Domicile, PRC, Educational Certificates, Experience Certificates and in case of the disability certificate issued from the competent authority,  02 fresh photographs should reach in the office of Project Manager (D.S.T.M.) SIBA Testing Serves (S.T.S) Sukkur I.B.A University Airport Road Sukkur, Tel: 071-5644159-60, on or before 07-01-2019. 

4. Applications for the posts at Serial No. 2 to 4 shall be submitted/sent to the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Tando Muhammad Khan, along with required documents. The last date for receipt of such application is 07-01-2019. the list of eligible candidates for a post as serial number serial 2 to 4 shall be posted on notice board on 10-01-2019. 

5. The Computer/Typing/Written test for posts mentioned at 2 to 4 will be held on 15-01-2019 at 9:00 am in Judicial Services Complex District Tando Muhammad Khan. 

6. Government Servants should apply through proper Channel.

7. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The applications received in any manner after the due date will not be considered. 

8. All the applicants shall mention their cell/contact numbers for further communication. 

9. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in test/interview.

10. The candidates at the time of interview should bring their Original Documents.
