JOB OPPORTUNITIES

• Senior Admin Officer (BS-18) 

Qualification & Experience: MBA/ MPA / LLM / MA from HEC recognized University. 5 years post-masters degree experience of, administration / HRM in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body /Corporation in BPS-17 or Equivalent. 

• Senior Audit Officer (BS-18)

Qualification & Experience: M.Com / ACMA / CA finalist / MBA (Finance  CFA/CPA from HEC recognized university. 5 years post-masters degree (Finance / commerce) experience in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous body/ Corporation inBPS-17 or Equivalent.

• Senior Geologist (BS-18) 

Qualification & Experience: M.Sc Geology from HEC recognized university with 5 years post qualification experience in BPS-17 or Equivalent.

• Geologist (BS-18) 

Qualification & Experience: M.Sc (Geology) from HEC recognized university. Preference would be given to candidates having relevant experience.

• Chemist (BS-17) 

Qualification & Experience: M.Sc (Chemistry) from HEC recognized University. Preference would be given to candidates having relevant work experience. 

• Establishment Officer (BS-17) 

Qualification & Experience: MBA/MPA/MA/LLB from HEC recognized University. Preference would be given to candidates having relevant work experience. 

• Laboratory Assistant (BS-11) 

Qualification & Experience: B.Sc with Chemistry subject or F.Sc in relevant field. Candidates having relevant work experience would be preferred. 3 years Post Qualification experience. 

• Lab. Attendant (BS-05) 

Qualification & Experience: Matric with Science in 2nd Division. Preference would be given to candidates having relevant work experience.

Terms and Conditions: 

i. The selected candidates will have to serve anywhere in Pakistan, as the competent authority may decide. 

ii. No. TA/DAvoll be paid for appearing in Test/interview. 

iii. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. 

iv. Candidates shall present his / her original documents duly verified by HEC along with a set of attested photocopies of relevaMdocuments at the time of interview. 

v. All degrees /diploma and certificates must be obtained from HEC recognized universities /institutions. 

vi. Post qualification experience means experience gain after the final degree required for the post. 

vii. Employees of Government, Semi Government Bodies / Corporations should forward their application through proper channel. 

viii. Deposited fee is non-refundable/non-transferable. 

ix. Age relaxation shall be allowed as per Government Rules. 

x. Motile Phone is not allowed within premises of test centres. 

xi. provincial/another quota as per Federal Government guidelines shall be followed. Candidates applying against quota needle nutrition inApplicabonform. 

xii. TheInstitute reserves the right to fill or not to fill any Post Without assigning any reason. 

xiii. Institute reserves the right to fill some or all posts or to cancel the recruitment process at any stage.

a) For the posts of S.No. 1 to 7, please download application form and deposit slip from Open Testing Service (OTS) website (www.ots.org.pk), pay the prescribed test fee in prescribed bank/branches and send Application forms along with deposit slip (in original) to Manager Operations (HDIP) Open Testing Service (OTS), Office No.01 CentralAvenue Road Bhari a Town, Phase-VI, Islamabad. 

b) Applications submitted by hand will not be entertained. 

c) For the posts of BS-5 mentioned at Sr.No.8. the candidate can download the Application form from the website of the Institute (www.hdip.com.pk) and send Application form duly completed to Secretary ( HDIP). HDIP HeadOffice. Plot 18. Street 8. Sector H-9/1. Islamabad. 

d) The last date for submission of applications is 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.
