Government of KPK Communication & Works Department Peshawar Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Communication and Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa needed applications of eligible candidates of the Khyber PukkunkInva for the following regular posts as rive prescribed requirement/qualifications:- 

SITUATION VACANT 

• Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS-14) (Posts-35)

Requirements / Qualification:

a. Intermediate / D-Com from a recognized Board; 

b. A Speed of 50 words per minute in Short hand in Wish and 35 words per minute in English Typing and, 

c. Computer Knowledge of MS Word and Excel. 

• Sub-Engineer (Civil) (BPS-12) (Posts-06)

Requirements / Qualification: Diploma of Associate Engineering (Civil) from a recognized Board of Technical Education.

• Junior Clerk (BPS-11) (Posts-40)

Requirements / Qualification:

i. Secondary School C.catificatc fora recognized board; and, 

ii. A speed of 30 words per minute in English typing. (in Computer software) 

• Tracer (BPS-07) (Posts-13)

Requirements / Qualification:

i. At least Second Division Secondary School Certificate from recognized Board; 

ii. !Cluny course of at Masi 6 to 9 months duration from recognized Institute or Board of Technical Education; AND,

iii. 03-Months course in AUTOCAD (2-D, 3-D) Drawings and Computer knowledge of MS Office from a recognised Trade Testing Board (TTB). 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Interview Call Letters will be issued to the shortlisted candidates. 

2. Shortlisting will be based on the Screening Test conducted by ETEA.

3. Clantlittates should be eligible in all respect by the last date of receipt of the applications 31-12-2018. 

4. Incomplete applications and applications received after Due Dates will not be entertained. 

5. Relaxation of age is admissible as per Rules. 

6. The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply tough proper thwack 

7. Original documents shall be produced at the time of Interview. 

8. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview. 

9. In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided. 

10. Errors/Omissions in a number of posts are subject to rectification. 

HOW TO APPLY:

1) Interested candidates shook! visit: any UBL, branch. deposit application fee of Rs. 500/-. in ETEA UBL Bank Account No.247812729. 

2) Get Printed Receipt from the Bank Counter having 09 or 10 digit transaction number. 04 digit Bank branch code and date of a transaction. (Deposit fee on your own CNIC & Name) 

3) Give the information on the tank printed receipt in the respective fields an online application form. 4) Complete/fill up your form and submit the online Form. 

5) A candidate intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post. 

6) Availability of Online Application form on www.etea.edu.pk on 17-12-2018

7) The Last Date of Submission of Application is 31 December 2018 (5:00 PM)

8) Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip. 

9) No separate Call Data will be issued to candidates (or screening test though postal/courier.
