Higher Education Regulatory Authority Peshawar Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Online applications are invited for the posts at serial No. 1 to 4 below, while application on plain papers for the posts at serial No. 5 to 11 from qualified candidates both males and females for filling the following positions on contract basis initially for a period of one year (extendable) in Higher Education RegulatoryAuthority, Peshawar. 

POSITIONS VACANT 

• Accountant (Position-01)

Qualification & Experience:

i. BBA/B.Com or equivalent in accountancy having at least 2nd Division.

ii. Computer Literate At least 10 years experience in Accounts in a reputable organization. 

• Personal Assistant (Position-04)

Qualification & Experience:

i. F.A./F.Sc. D.Com.

ii. Computer Literate. 

iii. Typing 35 WPM. 

iv. Shorthand 50 WPM 

At least 4 years relevant experience. Having sufficient knowledge of computer and other office equipment i.e. Photocopier, Fax Machines and graphic designing etc. 

• Data Entry Operator (Position-02)

Qualification & Experience:

i. F.A/F.Sc/D.Com. 

ii. Diploma in Computer Science. 

iii. Typing 35 WPM. 

At least 4 years relevant experience. Having sufficient knowledge of computer hardware/software/networking/ other office equipment i.e. Photocopier. Fax Machines and graphic designing etc. 

• Office Assistant (Position-01)

Qualification & Experience:

Second Class Bachelor Degree from a recognized University, Preference will be given to relevant experience. 

• Junior Clerk (Position-01)

Qualification & Experience:

i. Matriculation with second division or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board. 

ii. A speed of 30 words per minute in typing, Preference will be given to relevant experience. 

• Telephone Operator (Position-01)

Qualification & Experience:

i. Secondary School Certificate from a recognized Board, At least 3 years relevant experience in a Government, Semi Government or Private organization. Preference will be given to female candidates. 

• Driver (Position-04)

Qualification & Experience:

Literate, preferably SSC, The holder of a valid Driving License for Car and LTV At least 3 years experience as a Driver. 

• Naib Qasid (Position-05)

Qualification & Experience: Literate preferably Matriculate, Literate. 

• Dak Runner (Position-01)

Qualification & Experience: Literate preferably Matriculate, At least one year experience as a Dak Runner. 

• Watchman (Position-02)

Qualification & Experience: Literate Civilian/ Ex-Serviceman.

• Sweeper (Position-01)

Qualification & Experience: Literate, Nill. 

Terms & Conditions: 

(1) Those candidates who were shortlisted for the posts of Personal Assistant and Data Entry Operator need not apply again.

(2) Candidates who fulfil the above-mentioned criteria may forward their applications with attested copies of all relevant documents. 

(3) The candidates shall write in bold & clear words the posts being applied for on the top right corner of the envelope. 

(4) Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply & deposit fee separately for each post. 

(5) Candidates must be bona fide residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. 

(6) Relaxation in age is admissible as per rules.

(7) Employees of Official/Semi Official/Autonomous Bodies/Corporations should send their applications through proper channel.

(8) Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

(9) Relevant experience will be given preference.

(10) Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. No TA/DAwill be admissible for test/interview. 

(11) The number of posts can be increased or decreased.

How to Apply for Posts at Sr. No 1 to 4 

(1) Please keep your documents and a passport size scanned picture (soft copy) with you for filling online Application Form. Read the Instructions thoroughly before filling the online Application Form.

(2) A candidate intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post.

(3) Interested candidates should visit any UBL branch, deposit application fee of Rs. 500/- in ETEA UBL Bank Account No. 247812729.

(4) Get Printed Receipt from the Bank Counter having 09 or 10 digit transaction number, 04 digit bank branch code and date of the transaction. Deposit fee on your own CNIC & Name (Fee deposited on someone else CNIC shall not be verified.). 

(5) Give the information on the bank printed receipt in the respective fields on the online application form. 

(6) ETEA shall verify deposited fee at any stage. If your payment is not verified, your candidature shall be rejected. 

(7) Online Application Forms on www.etea.edu.pk shall be available with effect from 25th November 2018. 

(8) The last date for submission of online Applications will be 13th December 2018. 

(9) Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk 

(10) Test date. time and venue will be mentioned in the Roll No. slip.

(11) No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means. (12).Unclaimed qualification will not be accepted. 

(13) Applications of all those candidates who do not provide correct information while filling the online application form, will not be rejected only. but would be proceeded against and strict action shall be taken against them. 

(14) Provision of testimonials, with the online application, will not be required at the time of submission of forms/ before the test. Copies of testimonials/documents will, however, be provided by the short-listed candidates only in the screening test as and when required by ETEA/appointing authority for scrutiny purposes after the screening test.

How to Apply for Posts at Sr. No 5 to 11 

(16) The last date for submission of Application will be 30th November 2018. Candidates fulfilling the above criteria/terms & conditions mentioned against post can apply through submission of attested copies of CNIC, Domicile, all educational/ experience documents to Chairman, Higher Education Regulatory Authority (HERA), No. 1, Tariq Road, Near Rescue 1122 Headquarter, Cantt Railway Station, Peshawar Cantt. Peshawar. 

The candidate shall write in bold the posts being applied for on the top right corner of the envelope.
