Minimum Qualification & Experience for Initial Recruitment: PhD with 15 years of experience or First division degree (16 years Education) from HEC recognized University/ DAI's. with 18 years relevant experience in pay scale 17 or its equivalent and above. 

  • Director Sports (BPS-19) 

Minimum Qualification & Experience for Initial Recruitment: First division degree (16 years education) in Health & Physical Education from HEC recognized University/ Institute with 13 years relevant experience. 

  • Additional Registrar Academics (BPS-19) 
  • Additional Director Academic (BPS-19) 

First division degree (16 years education) from HEC recognized University/ Institute with 1-year relevant experience. 

  • Additional Director P&D (BPS-19)

Miscellaneous Information: 

1. Pay, allowances and other benefits as admissible under the Gomal University statutes. 
2. Applications complete in all respect on prescribed form (obtainable from Recruitment Section, Gomal University and also available at (Gomal University website www.gu.edu.pk) along with attested copies of the certificates / Degrees (With DMCs showing tot Marks / Marks obtained from SSC and onward with %age), Experience Certificates, National ID Card with application fee (No Refundable) as per following rates through Bank Draft drawn in favour of the Director Finance, Gomal University, Dera Isma Khan OR BANK RECEIPT deposited in ACCOUNT NO. 595-3 in National Bank of Pakistan, Gomal University Branch must reach the undersigned on or before 28.11.2018 during the office hours. Incomplete application form, applications reaching after the due date and without supporting documents required to prove the claim shall be rejected without intimation to the candidates:- 
iii. The application fee for all Administrative posts is Rs.1000/- 
3. The applicants should submit their separate application form along with all relevant documents for each category 
4. The candidates serving in Government, Semi Government, Autonomous Bodies should route their applications through proper channel with NOC. 
5. Written Tests for Administrative Vacancies (if admissible) will be taken separately and only shortlisted candidates for all categories (top 05 Candidates per post as per approved evaluation proforma) will be called for final Interview. No TA/DA will be permissible for test and Interview. 
6. The University reserves the rights to withdraw/ not to fill/ change any number of post with a lid the appointment or interview against any advertised post without assigning any reason. 
7. No 3rd division in the academic carrier for all positions. 
8. These eligibility criteria shall not be applicable to the incumbent. 
9. All Previous advertisements are treated as cancelled regarding above-mentioned positions. 
10. Appointments against all above-mentioned positions are subject to relaxation of Ban by the Chancellor.
