• Local / Domicile holder of Balochistan. 

• 1st Class Master's / equivalent degree in Management Sciences, from any recognized university, with no 3rd division in career, with Seven (07) years Administrative experience in a post equivalent to BPS-17 and above in a university/board / Govt. Department / Autonomous organization. 

• Preference shall be given to those candidates who have higher academic qualifications and administrative experience of serving against BPS-18 at least for last two years. 

• Assistant Registrar

• Local / Domicile holder of Balochistan. 

• 1st Class Master's / equivalent degree in Management Sciences, from any recognized university, with no 3rd division in a career. 

• Preferably with 02 years of relevant experience in a university/board / Govt. Department / Autonomous organization.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS 

a. All local and domiciled candidates of Balochistan province are eligible to apply. 

b. Interested individuals who meet the criteria can obtain Application Form from the website of the University of Balochistan www.uob.edu.pk

c. The candidates for the positions of Professor and Associate Professors are required to submit their application forms, alongwith FIVE copies of curriculum vitae, attested recent photographs, Copies of CNIC, all the educational degrees and other testimonials in the dossier shape. However, the candidates for other positions are required to attach 4 recent photographs, 04 Copies. 02 attested copies of all the educational degrees and other testimonials with the application. 

d. Experience Certificates, if any, must be attached with the application form. 

e. Applicants already in service should apply through proper channel along with NOC issued by their parent departments by the due date: otherwise, their applications will not be entertained. 

f. Incomplete applications or received after the due date or not fulfilling the minimum criteria would not be entertained, in any case. 

g. Interview venue will be decided by the University of Balochistan Quetta and no T.A/ D.A is admissible. 

h. Canvassing in any manner or form will disqualify the candidates. 

i. The Competent Authority of the University reserves the right of canceling any or all of the above positions, without assigning any reasons. 

J. The application processing fee for the positions of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor is Rs. 3000/. (Non-refundable). However, processing fee-for the other positions is Rs. 2000/- (Non-refundable) can be submitted in the Habib Bank, University of Balochistan Branch or in the shape of Bank Draft in the name of Treasurer, University of Balochistan. 

k. Applications maybe delivered personally or by post to the Assistant Registrar (Establishment) within due dates: The last date for submission of application form is 10th September-2018.
