The University of Swat invites applications from professional. dynamic and career-oriented Pakistani citizens FOR the following positions. 

SITUATION VACANT

ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS: 

• Registrar (BPS-20) 

Eligibility Criteria:

Master degree with First division from an HEC recognized University/Institution with 17 years teaching/administrative experience in a University/Government or autonomous body in BPS-17 and above. 

• Controller of Examinations (BPS-20) 

Eligibility Criteria:

First division degree (16 years education) from HEC recognized  University/ DAI's with l7 years' relevant experience. in pay scale l7 or its Equivalent or above. 

• Treasurer (BPS-20)

Eligibility Criteria:

First division degree (16 years education) in Business Administration (with Specialization in Finance) or Commerce from HEC recognized University/ DAI's or Member PIPFA (FPA) with 17 years' experience in financial management / Accounts in a University or a Government Department or an Autonomous Organization in pay scale 17 or its equivalent and above. 

• Assistant Registrar (BPS-17) 

Eligibility Criteria:

First Class (B-Grade) Masters degree or equivalent degree from HEC recognized University/Institution. 

• Lab Engineer (Software) (BPS-17) 

Eligibility Criteria:

First Class (B-Grade) B.Sc in Software Engineering from HEC recognized University/ Institution. duly registered with PEC. OR 2nd Class B.& in Software Engineering, from HEC, recognized University / Institution, duly registered with PEC and 05 years' service in BPS- 16 in the relevant field in the University. 

• Assistant Director (Admin)

Eligibility Criteria:

First Class (B-Grade) Masters degree or equivalent degree from  HEC recognized University/Institution. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

▪  The form can be downloaded from the University's website i.e. www.uswat.edu.pk. Applications on a prescribed the form, complete in all respects. along with attested copies (by a Gazetted Officer in BPS-17 or above) testimonial experience certificates and three recent passport size photographs shall reach to Meetings Section. The University of Swat. on or Before January 28, 2019. 

▪ Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will not be entertained. Original documents and relevant experience certificates shall have to produce at the time of interview. 

▪ The application processing fee of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) for the positions of BPS-17 and above (both regular and fixed pay) may be deposited in any branch of Habib Bank Limited. Pakistan in Account No. 7901357503, Branch Code.0221, Original Bank slip/receipt should be attached with the form. 

▪ Telephone/mobile numbers and email addresses must be provided along with mailing address for quick correspondence. 

▪ Candidates serving in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous organizations /institutions must apply through proper channel with a NOC otherwise, their application forms will be rejected. Moreover. experience certificates and NOC will only be accepted if issued by the relevant/acceptable Competent appointing authority/ Employer. 

▪  No TA/DA will bepaid for test/interview. 

• The process will be completed as per rules in vogue of the University of Swat. 

▪ The University will not beresponsible for non-reecipt/delay of call letters for test/Interview and the matter should be settled with the concerned services providers (post office or courier). 

▪ MaximumAge limit is Forty-Five (45) years. 

• The University reserws the right to inere-ase/decrease the number ofposts oreancel any or all of them. 

▪ Errors/Omissions (if any) will be rectified by the University as per rules. 

Note:- 

The candidates having foreign degrees certificates must provide equivalency certificate from DEC/PEC/IBCC Islamabad.
