Nations Accountability Bureau invites applications from only Pakistani Nationals for hiring of services under Section 8 ( c) and 28 (f) of National Accountability Ordinance (NA0), 1B9B, for its Headquarter/Regional Offices as mentioned below on monthly fee payment basis for a period of one year except the positions of APGA which is for three years:-

SITUATIONS VACANT 

• Additional Prosecutor General Accountability (APGA) 

Experience/Educational Qualification: 

• Advocate with minimum 07 years experience of Supreme Court and with 20 years professional experience as Advocate High Court. 

• Deputy Prosecutor General Accountability (DPGA) 

Experience/Educational Qualification: 

• At least 15 years experience as an Advocate High Court with minimum 03 years experience of Supreme Court OR 

• Retired District & Session Judge Rs. 230,000, 65 Years 

• Special Prosecutor (Supreme Court) 

Experience/Educational Qualification: 

• At least 10 years of experience as an Advocate of the High Court with valid Supreme Court license • LL.M/Bar-at-Law will be given weightage.

• Special Prosecutor (High Court)/ Sr. Legal Consultant 

Experience/Educational Qualification: 

• At least 07 years of experience as an Advocate of the High Court. 

• LL.M/Bar-at-Law will be given weightage.

• Special Prosecutor (Trial Court)/ Legal Consultant

Experience/Educational Qualification: 

• At least 05 years of standing as an Advocate of the High Court. Extensive trial court experience is mandatory 

• LL.M/Bar-at-Law will be given weightage.

• Research Associate (Law) 

Experience/Educational Qualification: Fresh Law Graduate (LLB) from a recognized University.

• Junior Expert-3 (Stenographer) 

Experience/Educational Qualification: 

Minimum graduate with 10 years of working experience as Senior Private Secretary along with Shorthand and Typing speed of 100/50 words per minute. OR 

Retired 13,17 to 19 or equivalent officer having relevant experience along with Shorthand and Typing speed of 100/50 words per minute. 

NOTE:- Preference will be given to the candidates having working experience in High Courts/ Supreme Court. 

• Assistant Junior Expert-1 (Litigation Clerk) 

Experience/Educational Qualification: 

• Minimum Metric with 10 years experience of clerk age with an Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan. Nature of Job Ps. 35.003, 50 Years 

• Filing of petitions/ appeals, obtaining orders, the filing of comments/ reports etc in the Hon'ble Supreme Court, High Court and other courts including all identical and ancillary matters. 

• Junior Expert-2 (Land Revenue) 

Experience/Educational Qualification: 

• Minimum Graduation from an HEC recognized University with 10 years relevant experience in the field of Land Record and Revenue Matters. OR 

• Retired BS-17 to 19/ equivalent officer.. relevant experience in the field of Land Record and Revenue Matters. 

• Junior Expert-2 (Intelligence) 

Experience/Educational Qualification: 

• Retired Officer of armed forces of the rank or equivalent. Major or equivalent. 

• 12 years experience in the field of intelligence/ vigilance and security. 

• Medical category-A. 

• A clean record of service. 

• Assistant Junior Expert-1 (Intelligence) 

Experience/Educational Qualification: 

• Retired JCO from Armed forces. 

• 12 years experience in the field of intelligence/ vigilance. 

• Medical category-A. 

• No red entry. 

• Assistant Junior Expert-1 (Intelligence) 

Experience/Educational Qualification: 

• Retired JCO from Armed forces. 

• 12 years experience in the field of intelligence/ vigilance 8 security. 

• Medical category-A. 

• No red entry. 

Civil Candidates: Minimum 1st Div graduate from HEC recognized university. Computer knowledge is essential. 

• Assistant Junior Expert-1 (Security) 

Experience/Educational Qualification: 

• Medical category-A. 

• No red entry. 

• Intelligence / Vigilance experience will be preferred.

• Assistant Junior Expert-2 (Computer) 

Experience/Educational Qualification: 

• At least 2nd Class or Grade "C' intermediate from a recognized institution. 

• Perfection in MS Office. 

• Typing speed minimum 40 w.p.m. 

• Assistant Junior Expert-2 (Security Guard) 

Experience/Educational Qualification: 

• Retired NCO and Soldiers from Armed Forces. 

• 15 years Military Service. 

• Medical Category-A. 

• No red entry. 

• Assistant Junior Expert-3 (Driver)  

Experience/Educational Qualification: 

• Matriculation. 

• Minimum 5 years experience in a Government/ Private organization preferably armed forces. 

• Should have a valid driving license (LTV) since last 05 years.

Important Notes:- 

a. Experience/ Educational Qualification shall be counted /examined as on the closing date for receipt of applications. 

b. Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for the interview, after scrutiny of applications. 

c. Candidates with additional qualification/experience will be preferred. 

d. Hiring will be governed by the terms of services hiring contract.- 

e. Candidates possessing dual /foreign nationality are not eligible to apply. 

f. A number of positions can be increased/decreased at the time of final selection. 

g. No TA/DAwill be admissible for appearing in test/interview. 

h. Final selection will be subject to Security Clearance. 

i. The candidates selected against the positions mentioned at Sr. No. 1,2,3,4,5,10,11,12 may be required to serve at NAB HQ or any Regional Office of NAB. 

j. Private practice shall not be allowed to Law Officers. 

k. The selected .ndidates shall not be entitled to Medical facility/ official accommodation. 

I. The selected .ndidates shall not be required to contribute to General Provident Fund. 

m. The monthly fee is taxable as per Federal Govt. policy. 

n. The services period is extendable as per performance evaluation/ requirement basis.
