National Accountability Bureau Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites applications from PalustariNationalsonly for hiring the services of an expert in the following field purely on contract basis as per format is given below. for the period of one year (extendable on performance basis).

JOB OPPORTUNITIES 

• Junior Expert-II (Procurment) (Position-01) 

Educational Qualification & Experience: Master Degree in Business Economic having 15 years' experience with a reputed Public Procurement Agency OR Retired Govt. Servants of more than 15 years experience in (BPS-11) and above.

Job Description: 

i. To carry out scrutiny of Contract Documents of the estimated cost of Rs. 50(M) and above undertaken by various departments. organizations of Federal / Provincial Govt./KP.

ii. To examine contract documents in the light of PPRA/KAPPRA rules and pinpoint any discrepancies thereof. 

iii. To suggest measures in standardization for quantifiable attributes in rectiniCalifinancial proposals include in bidding documents as well as advertisements Moreover. suggest improvement in planning and fund allocation and scheme identification/approvals prevent the Exchequer against gigantic monetary losses. 

iv. To arrange presentations and Prepare recommendations to improve quality of mega projects. 

v. Expert will give inputs to On-time!. again in cases. 

• Junior Expert (Technical Contract Management) (Position-01)

Educational Qualification & Experience: Master or BE in Civil engineering preferably retired from Works Organization and irrigation Departmentele. OR Retired Govt. Servants of more than I5 years' experience in (BPS-17) and above.

Job Description: 

i. To pinpoint omission discrepancies in the design methodologies and quality assurance. quality control Practices and intimate to the concerned department's suggestions. measures to prevent the Exchequer of monetary losses. 

ii. To arrange presentations and prepare recommendations to improve the quality of mega projects. 

iii. To provide assistance to 10s in relevant fields of cases. 

• Junior Expert-II (Land Revenue) (Position-01) 

Educational Qualification & Experience: At least 2nd Division in Bachelors' Dewee from a recognized university OR Retired Revenue Officers in (BPS-I6) to 18 with 10 years' experience in the relevant field.  

Job Description: 

i. Scrutiny/ Examination of Land Revenue Records and ds arced matters. 

ii. Any other relevant tasks assigned. 

Note:-

1) Educational Qualification, Experience and age will be counted/examined as on the closing date for receipt of applications. 

2) Level of the advertised requirement may be increased decreased at the time of final selection. 

3) Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for the interview, after scrutiny of applications depending on job vacancies. 

4) The above hiring of services will be governed the terms of hiring on a contract basis. 

5) No TA/DA will be paid to appearing in test/interview. 

6) The candidates will be disqualified if any undue pressure is exercised or in case any false/Incorrect/ information is provided.
