It is hereby notified for the information of the deserving candidates that the following posts have fallen vacant in Tando Muhammad Khan Judicial District:- 

SITUATIONS VACANT

• Stenographer (BPS-16) 

Qualification: Graduation from a recognized Institute (Typing speed 40, Shorthand speed 80 words per minute), with the knowledge of Computer and MS Office and possesses a Shorthand Certificate from reputed Institution. 21 to 25 Years Throughout Sindh (Note: The appointment of candidates not possessing PRC & Domicile of District Tando Muhammad Khan if qualified, would be subject to relaxation by Honorable high court. 

• Computer Operator (BPS-12) 

Qualification: Intermediate from a recognized Institute with minimum 1-year Diploma in I.Ti Computer Science or 3 years Associate Diploma (DAE) in IT / Computer Science. 02 years of experience in a relevant field, e.g. Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, Key Punch Operator etc. Note: Higher qualification candidate having Degree in LT. does not require short courses / D.1.T etc. 

• Junior Clerk (BPS-11) 

Qualification: Intermediate from a recognized Institute (Typing speed 40 words per minute). Preference will be given to those who have computer knowledge. 

• CCTV Operator (BPS-05) 

Qualification: Matriculation from a recognized Institute with Short Courses in Electronics/ Computers / MS Office / Electrical. Minimum 1-Year Experience in Installing and Operating "Monitoring, Servicing, Troubleshooting & Operating CCTV Cameras (Analog & Digital) with the installation of Coaxial, Fiber, Copper & Electrical Cabling, DVRs / NVRs, troubleshooting etc." will be given preference. (Minimum 1-Year Experience Certificate is also required from reputed CCTV related firms /companies.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The terms & conditions for the post of stenographer already given in the advertisement dated 24-12-2018 shall remain same. The applications are given by the candidates to the office of the Project Manager (D.S.T.M) SIBA Testing Services (S.T.S) Sukkur 1.B.A University Airport Road Sukkur, Tell 071-5644159-60 will remain intact, however, the last date already notified as 07.01.2019 is extended up to 19.01.2019. 

2. The candidates for the post at serial No. 2 & 3 shall submit fresh applications in the office of Project Manager (D.S.T.M) SIBA Testing Services (S.T.S) Sukkur LB.A University Airport Road Sukkur, Tei.# 071-5644159-60, the initial tests shall be conducted through Sukkur I.B.A Testing Services. Form / Challan can be downloaded from Sukkur I.B.A University website www.iba-suk.edu.pk or S.I.B.A Testing Services website www.sts.net.pk. 

3. A fee of Rs.700/- for the posts of Computer Operator & Junior Clerk is deposited through any online branch of ABL Bank. 

4. The application forms for posts 2 & 3, duly filled in along with original online deposit slip, attested copies of CNIC, Domicile, PRC, Educational Certificates, Experience Certificates and 02 fresh photographs should reach in the office of Project Manager (D.S.T.M.) SIBA Testing Services (S.T.S) Sukkur IBA University Airport Road Sukkur, Tel.# 071-5644159-60, on or before 19.01.2019. 

5. The applications for posts at serial No. 2 & 3 already submitted by the candidates in this office will not be considered. 

6. The terms & conditions for a post at Serial No. 4 i.e. CCTV Operator has already given in the advertisement dated 24-12-2018 shall remain same, however, such applications can be sent to this office by extended date i.e. 19-01-2019 and the date of Practical/Computer test of candidates shall be communicated later. 

7. Government Servants should apply through proper Channel. 

8. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The applications received in any manner after the due date will not be considered. 

9. All the applicants shall mention their cell/contact numbers for further communication. 

10. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in test/Interview. 

11. The candidates at the time of interview should bring their Original Documents.
