GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Candidates are required to subm.t attested copies of their degrees. result cards. transcripts & certificates. photos. research publications (where applicable) along with application on Prescribed form in-person or through the mail (General Post) to the Registrar, The University of the Poonch Rawalakot. 

2. Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit a separate application form for each post applied with required documents complete in all respects 

3. Application form(s) can be obtained from the Office of Registrar University of the Poonch Rawalakot, dining office hours after payment of Rs. 1,000/- (for BPS-17 and above) and Rs. 300'- (for BPS-16 and below) on Habib Bank Challan in favour of the Treasurer. University of the Poonch Rawalakot. 

4. Application forms can also be downloaded from the University Website www.upr.edu.pk and sent along with bank draft of Rs 1,000/- (for BPS-17 and above) and Rs. 300/- (for BPS-16 and below) in the name of the Treasurer, University of Poonch Rawalakot. 

5. Candidates applying for the posts of Professor/Associate Professor are required to submit Application on the prescribed form with FIVE Sets of the testimonials along with publications. 

6. The term of office in project posts will be one year. extendable subject to the avaiabily of funds. 

7. Age limit shall not be applicable to regular in-service university employees. 

8. In-service candidates must apply through proper channel to avail relaxation inupper age limit. 

9. Foreign degree headers must provide equivalence certif mate issued by the HEC. 

10. Appointments of employees working on contract. adhoc. contingent basis in this University against the advertised posts on regular basis shall be treated as terminated immediately after notification of permanent appointments. 

11. Preference will be given to AJ&K Nationals. 

12. Applicants wi be short listed on the basis of written test (where required) in their respective fields. 

13. The University reserves the right of cancelabon of advertised posts partially or totally. as deem necessary. 

14. Application forms indicating the posts should reach the office of the Registrar, University of Paunch Rawalakot. on or before 31-12-2018. 

15. Applications (complete / incomplete) received alter the due date will not be entertained.
