PARCO is seeking applications for the following positions: 

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES 



  • ELECTRICAL ENGINEER 

Qualifications & Competencies: Candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with knowledge of maintenance of electrical equipment and instrumentation in the oil & gas industry. Thorough understanding of managing project activities related to E&I is required. Candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office. 
Experience: Candidate should have at least 7-10 years of relevant experience of managing electrical & instrumentation works of EPC projects in oil & gas industry. 
Responsibilities: The incumbent would be responsible for managing engineering, construction and commissioning activities, meeting project targets, coordinating with consultants for detailed engineering, procurement of long lead items, preparing P&C, FEED and EPC tender documents of E&I related jobs. The person will also be responsible for monitoring and managing project cost against a budget, participating in risk management and managing risk mitigation. Age: Should not exceed 40 years. 

  • MECHANICAL ENGINEER 

Qualifications & Competencies: Candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with knowledge of maintenance of mechanical equipment in the oil & gas industry. Thorough understanding of managing project activities related to mechanical is required. Candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office. 
Experience: Candidate should have at least 7-10 years of relevant experience of managing mechanical works of EPC projects in oil & gas industry.

  • CIVIL ENGINEER DESIGN

Qualifications & Competencies: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a PEC accredited university with thorough knowledge and understanding of civil engineering drawings and designs. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and should be a computer literate having command over MS Office products.
Experience: At least 10-15 years of experience, working in the Oil & Gas sector. The candidate must have experience of studying soil survey reports, reviewing progress and preparing reports of civil works.
Responsibilities: The candidate would be supervising and inspecting civil works as per contractual conditions, drawings, applicable codes and standards and would also be reviewing progress and preparing detailed reports showing the status including percentage completion and costs incurred, as well as, ensuring safety standards of construction work. 

  • LEAD CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER 

Qualifications & Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a PEC accredited university. Candidate should possess good technical, written and verbal communication skills, ability to work with cross-functional and culturally diverse teams. Candidate should have sound HSEQ awareness and commitment, high level of interpersonal skills, ability to deal with a dynamic and demanding environment, a large number of activities within short time spans and command on MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel. 
Experience: At least 20 years of relevant and extensive hands-on experience in construction engineering, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector (offshore/onshore). Experience in working with international Oil & Gas contractors and suppliers. 
Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for supervision of construction activities, including planning, execution, a formation of construction teams, dealing with construction contractors, scheduling of work, reporting and implementation of HSEQ policies, ensuring that construction hazards and risks are fully considered by the contractors. The candidate will ensure that construction work is executed in accordance with the company policies, project procedures and the project is completed as per the handover schedule. 

  • LEAD ENGINEER - HSE 

Qualifications & Competencies: Bachelor's degree in any discipline of engineering from a PEC accredited university with JOSH and NEBOSH certification. The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of HSE international codes and standards and should be able to participate in project reviews, HAZOP, HAZID, ENVID and SIL. The candidate must have good communication skills and be computer literate, having command over MS Office products. 
Experience: At least 15-25 years' experience preferably in the Oil & Gas sector. The candidate must have experience of conducting HSE audit, JHA and JSA. 
Responsibilities: The candidate would be responsible for performing Job Hazardous Analysis (JHA), developing and reviewing emergency procedures, HSE policies, incident investigations and reporting procedures, risk assessment, conducting HSE audits, etc. Ensuring compliance with all relevant HSE and IMS regulations, policies and standards. The candidate will be leading the emergency response teams and their initiatives such as incident reports, fire prevention/firefighting drills. 

  • COST CONTROL ENGINEER 

Qualifications & Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a PEC accredited university, with certification and expertise in Management or Cost Control. The candidate must have proficiency in the implementation of Earned Value Management (EVM) based Cost Control, project execution work processes (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning), cost estimation, forecasting, budgeting, cost monitoring and control. Candidate should possess good written communication skills and command over Cost Management Tools such as ARES, PRISM and other cost controlling techniques. 
Experience: At least 7 years of experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector, as a cost control engineer having hands-on experience in cost management tools and techniques. 
Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for preparing project budget, cost forecast and cost control procedures, implementing Earned Valued Management based cost control, project cost planning, cost estimation, cost monitoring and control, gathering and applying cost controls' best practices. The candidate will be required to develop cost breakdown structures for the project, cost-controlling support, monitoring of milestone progress, evaluation of contractors' cost control procedures and reporting of results for management's review. 

  • GENERAL MANAGER MARKETING & COMMERCIAL

Qualifications & Competencies:
  • Business graduate preferably possessing an Engineering degree.
  • Good command over commercial aspects of oil & gas business including supply chain management
  • Capability to provide strategic guidance to the marketing team.
  • Business acumen and the ability to oversee marketing operations, with the focus on the Company’s bottom line.
  • Proven leadership skills with the capacity to independently lead and manage the sales & marketing team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to represent the Company in meetings with various stakeholders, organizations and Government functionaries/institutions.


Experience:
  • At least 20 years of all-round experience of oil & gas industry.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in a leadership role in sales and marketing.


Responsibilities:
  • Monitor trends in demand and supply indices and guide company’s operations accordingly.
  • Study market trends and forecast product demand, manage stocks and ensure uninterrupted supplies.
  • Provide inputs for optimizing throughputs of pipeline network and refinery output.
  • Lead crude procurement and supply function through timely execution of contracts, shipments, allocations and transportation. 
  • Lead direct marketing initiatives of petroleum products and develop strategies to gain competitive advantage. 
  • Promotion and brand management. 
  • Oversee pricing function and liaise with external institutions such as Oil Companies’ Advisory Committee.  
  • Liaise with other refineries and oil marketing companies regarding deliveries, recoveries, etc. 
  • Ensure steady growth in a company’s revenues and profitability.
  • Liaison with regulators and government authorities. 
  • Carry out supply chain optimization and conduct business case studies for increasing the profitability.
