Sardar Bahadur Khan Women's University (SBKWU) Quetta Balochistan.

Applications are invited from Pakistani citizens Local/ Domicile of Balochistan for the below mentioned regular Admin posts at Quetta Campus:- 

JOB OPPORTUNITIES

• Assistant Registrar (BPS-17) 

Qualification: MBA / MPA or Masters preferably with at least 2nd Division or qualification from recognized University. 

Experience: 03-years administrative experience Preference will be given to the candidates having computer skills. 

• Assistant Controller (Examination) (BPS-17) 

Qualification: MBA/MPA or Masters with at least 2nd Division or equivalent qualification from HEC recognized University. 

Experience: 03-years-experience. Preference will be given to the candidates having computer skills. 

• Accounts Officer (BPS-17) 

Qualification: MBA (Finance), M.Com, a Master in Economics qualification in 2nd class from recognized University. 

Experience: 03-years experience of Accounts work in a post equivalent to BPS -16 in a University / Board / Government Department / Autonomous Organization Computer skills, especially command on Accounts related soft wares. 

• Video Conferencing Engineer (BPS-17) 

Qualification: 04 years BS/MSc or equivalent in Telecom/ Electronic/ Computer Engineering from HEC recognized institution with an at least 2nd division. 

Experience: 03 years of relevant working experience related to networking equipment, switches and routers etc . working knowledge on VOIP (Voice over internet protocol) and video conferencing equipment will be preferred. Preference will be given to a female.

• LAN Administrator (BPS-16) 

Qualification: 04 years BS (CS)/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology with an at least 2nd division.

Experience: 02-03 years work experience in network Management, strong knowledge of LAN gg techniques and basic knowledge of Routing and Switching will be preferred. 

• Classifier (BPS-16) 

Qualification: Postgraduate Diploma in Library Science or preferably MLS from a recognized Institution / University. 

Experience: 02-03 years relevant experience. Preference will be given to the candidates having the Higher qualification and Computer skills. 

• Cataloger (BPS-16) 

Qualification: Postgraduate Diploma in Library Science or MLS from a recognized Institution / University. 

Experience: 02-03 years relevant experience. Preference will be given to the candidates having Computer skills. 

• Lab Assistant (BPS-07) 

Qualification: Preferably Intermediate with science subjects from a recognized Institution. 

Experience: Preference may be given to those who have sufficient relevant experience. 

Terms & Conditions:-

I. Interested individuals who meet the criteria can obtain Application Form from University website www.sbkwu.edu.pk.  

II. The attested copies of the following documents are to be attached with the application form: 

i. Degrees. 

ii. Detail Mark Sheets. 

iii. Certificates. 

iv. NOC (for applicants that are already in Government service) 

v. Three passport size pictures vi. CNIC vii. Local/ Domicile Certificate. 

III. Experience must be mentioned in employment form and same experience certificates must be attached; otherwise, the application will be considered incomplete and will not be entertained. 

IV. Applicants already in service should apply through proper channel along with NOC issued by their parent department by due date otherwise their applications will not be entertained. 

V. The age limit is 38-Years for Admin Posts (28-years of initial age+ 10-years general age relaxation granted by Government) 

VI. Those applications which are not fulfilling 

i) the minimum criteria; 

ii) Incomplete applications OR 

iii) Application/any document received after the due date will not be entertained in any case. 

VII. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the Test; which will be conducted for the posts of BPS-16 to 18. The interviews will be held in SBK Women's University, Quetta. No TA/DA is admissible. 

VIII. Canvassing in any manner or form will disqualify the candidates. 

IX. The application processing fee (non-refundable) for BPS-16 & BPS-17 is Rs. 1500/-and BPS-07 is Rs. 1000/-. 

X. A fee can be deposited through Challan form in the National Bank of Pakistan, BMC Branch, Quetta or in the shape of Bank Draft in favour of Treasurer Sardar Bahadur Khan Women's University Quetta. 

XI. Applications may be delivered personally to the HR Department SBKWU, Quetta within due date. The last date for submission of application form 20-11-2018.  

XII. The Competent Authority of the University reserves the right of cancelling any or all of the above positions without assigning any reasons.
