A Public Sector Organization is searching for potential candidates for a Foreign-Funded Tourism Sector project for the following positions.
JOB OPPORTUNITIES
- Financial Management Expert (01 POSITION)
Qualifications & Experience:
• Nationally/ internationally recognized Professional accounting qualification/certification (ACA/ACMA/ACCA/CPA); or Master's Degree in Finance and Accounting e.g. MBA (Finance), MS Finance; M.Com.
• 8 years' relevant experience in financial management, audit or accounts, after acquiring stipulated qualifications.
• Good communication skill and have experience of working with entities that have functions slimier to Finance Department/Division, Auditor General of Pakistan Office, Office of Accountant General and Planning Department/ Commission.
• Prior experience of working in donor funded and public sector projects will be accorded due weightage.
• Demonstrated Computer Skill (Proficiency in using computer application MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Procurement Expert (01 POSITION)
Qualifications & Experience:
• At least a Master's degree from Higher Education Commission recognized University in Management Sciences / Statistics / Economics/ Finance / Engineering or Commerce from reputable local or foreign institution. A certificate/diploma/degree in the field of Procurement Management from reputable local or foreign institution shall an advantage.
• Should have at least 7 (Seven) years' experience in the procurement processes with the public-private projects involving procurement of goods and/or works 86 services.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and legislation of donors and national/ subnational procurement regulatory authorities.
• Should have an in-depth understanding of procurement cycle management.
• Should have excellent command on MS office
• Strong written and oral communications skill
• Good command on Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Heritage / Eco-Tourism Expert (01 POSITION)
Qualifications & Experience.
• Master's degree in Business Administration/Economics/Tourism, natural resources management, natural sciences, environment and development.
• At least seven (7) years of experience in development sector preferably in the tourism sector and in donor-funded projects
• Past experience of interacting with government officials, development partners and private sector representatives and their associations.
• Past experience of identification, conservation, rehabilitation or development of heritage sites or eco-tourism projects.
• Experience and know-how of Tourism sector is required; experience in SME development and/or transport sector would be an added advantage.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and willingness to travel extensively to project sites.
• Language Skills: Fluency in written and oral English, and Urdu
- Tourism/ Digital Marketing Expert (01 Position)
Qualifications and Experience:
• Master degree in Informational Technology or Business Administration or relevant degree.
• At least seven (7) years of experience in digital marketing/ Tourism Marketing
• Thorough understanding of digital marketing landscape and digital production.
• Well aware of technological development related to internet marketing.
• Experience and know-how of the Tourism sector is required; experience in SME development and/or transport sector would be an added advantage
• Past experience of interacting with government officials, development partners and private sector representatives and their associations
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and willingness to travel extensively to project sites.
• Language Skills: Fluency in written and oral English and Urdu.
- PPP/ legal Expert (01 Position)
Qualifications and Experience:
• LLB from a reputable Institute with sound business knowledge
• At least seven (7) years of experience in policy formulation and regulatory frameworks.
• Past experience in PPP initiatives and well aware of PPP framework.
• Strong knowledge of Policies on PPP.
• Sound legal knowledge of the prevailing laws and regulations.
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Past experience of interacting with government officials, development partners and private sector representatives and their associations.
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and willingness to travel extensively to project sites.
• Language Skills: Fluency in written and oral English, and Urdu.
- Liaison Officer (01 Position)
Qualifications and Experience:
• Master's Degree in Business Administration/Economics/Social Sciences with not less than 05 years of progressive experience in leading productive programs for a fairly large organization.
• Previous experience of coordination with development partner/ Govt line departments /private sector will be given due weightage.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team environment.
• Local knowledge of working with Govt of KP/donors will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated strong written and oral communications skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and meet deadlines and to work independently on multi-tasks.
• Previous experience of coordination with development partner/ Govt line departments /private sector will be given due weightage.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team environment.
• Local knowledge of working with Govt of KP/donors will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated strong written and oral communications skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and meet deadlines and to work independently on multi-tasks.
