• General Manager Horticulture

Qualification & Experience: M.Sc Agriculture/ B.Sc Agriculture Skills/Experience HORTICULTURE / IRRIGATION 15-20 years of experience in Landscaping/ horticulture development & maintenance. Minimum 10 years relevant experience at managerial position M a world-class housing society. The incumbent must be able to plan, organize and implement plant health and soil nutrition strategies in gardens, green belts and parks. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Manager Irrigation 

Qualification & Experience: MSc Agriculture/ B.Sc Agriculture, 10-15 years experience of implementation of irrigation system & oversees all irrigation operations including the installation of new projects & maintenance of the existing project. Comprehensive knowledge of irrigation designing & all type of irrigation system. 

• Manager Horticulture

Qualification & Experience: M.Sc/B.Sc Horticulture 10-12 years of experience in Landscaping/horticulture development & maintenance, must be able to plan, manage and support overall plant health and soil nutrition strategies for all gardens to include sustainable gardening practices and integrated pest management in the outdoor and indoor gardens. careers.

• Horticulturist 

Qualification & Experience: B.Sc/M.Sc. - Horticulture / Agriculture Science, Botany, Plant Biology, 05-08 years experience of Landscaping & planting, Shrubs, Trees, Ornamental plants. (Housing society experience A must) CONSTRUCTION / ENGINEERING.

• Assistant Resident Engineer Civil

Qualification & Experience: B.E/BSC Civil 10-15 years experience in checking the quality of construction work as per specification. The incumbent must have the ability to prepare a site progress report and accomplish assigned targets within a time frame. 

• Senior Quantity Surveyor Civil

Qualification & Experience: DAE/B.Tech Civil 8-10 years experience in preparing rate analysis, costing, contractual clauses and awareness of building contracts etc.

• Manager Contracts Civil

Qualification & Experience: ME/BE Civil, 10-15 years of experience in sourcing, shortlisting, negotiating, bidding, agreement drafting and contract management etc. Must be able to monitor contract dose outs, grievances & their resolutions related to contract management.

• Assistant Manager Mechanical

Qualification & Experience: B.E/B.Tech (Honor) Mechanical, 3-5 years experience of assembling/repairing/dismantling of submersible pumps and centrifugal pumps. Must have excellent skills in problem diagnosing and rectification. Excellent knowledge on PMS system of pumps. Must have managed a team of technical/ skilled personnel. 

• Supervisor Mechanical

Qualification & Experience: Diploma Mechanical, 03-year experience in defect diagnosing procedure of VFD (variable Frequency device) and electrical control panels fitted with pumps. Candidate must have ability to conduct & supervise PMS routines of Pumps. 

• Supervisor Electrical

Qualification & Experience: Diploma Electrical/ Automation, 03-year experience in defect diagnosing procedure of VFD (variable Frequency device) and electrical control panels fitted with pumps. Candidate must have the ability to conduct & supervise PMS routines of Pumps. jobs@btkarachi.com 

• Fitter/ Plumber (Pumps)

Qualification & Experience: Skilled 3-5 years experience in assembling and dismantling of centrifugal/ borehole pumps 01 HP to 40 HP. Have the ability to diagnose the defect of pumps. 

• Lift/ Elevator/ Escalator Technician

Qualification & Experience: Metric or Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical with relevant skills, 3-5 years experience in assembling, installation, fine-tuning, fault diagnosing and rectification of Lifts/ elevators, escalators or walk moves etc. Must be able to locate malfunctions in brakes, motors, switches, and signal and control systems, using test equipment. Must have the ability to cut prefabricated sections of framework, rails, and other components to specified dimensions in lifts/ escalators. 

• Machinist

Qualification & Experience: Diploma in machinist trade, 3-5 years experience in the operating lathe machine. Must have the ability to operate a lathe machine, the expert in making a bush, shaft of pumps and making threads (internal and external). Must be able to conduct maintenance routine of lathe machine. Expert of measuring apparatus i.e dial gauge, Vernier calliper, micrometre etc.
