Applications from suitable Pakistani citizens (Male/ Female) are invited against the following positions purely on contract basis in LA&R Coordination Office, Peshawar for Mohmand Dam Project under the General Manager (LA&R I HRD) having qualification as mentioned against each.

• Assistant Director Environment (BPS-17)

Qualification: MA, MSc. Environmental Sciences, Natural Sciences.

• Assistant Director Social & Resettlement  (BPS-17)

Qualification: MA, MSc. Social Sciences.

• Research Officers  (BPS-17)

Qualification: MA, MSc. Social Sciences.

• Surveyor  (BPS-07)

Qualification: Matric with one year certificate in Surveying from the recognized institute.

CONTRACT: Initially for a period of 01 year extendable up to 02 years subject to satisfactory performance. The services of officers appointed on contract shall be regularized at any stage. 

INSTRUCTIONS & GENERAL CONDITIONS:  

I. Application forms shall be downloaded from Pakistan Testing Service (PTS) Website www.pts.org.pk. 

II. Eligibility of candidate will be determined on the basis of academic record, shortlisted by PTS, test to be conducted by PTS and later on interview by the WAPDA Selection boards. 

III. Serving candidates are advised to apply through proper channel. 

IV. Educational degrees must be from HEC recognized universities. 

V. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. 

VI. The candidates shall be called for interviews / further process subject to detailed scrutiny of documents and after checking of eligibility under the rules. Merely passing written test does not make the candidature for the further recruitment process. 

VII. No TA/DA will be allowed to candidates for a test by PTS and interview by WAPDA. 

VIII. Age limit for all categories is given, however, 

• 03 years age relaxation in upper limit will be given to the candidates belonging to scheduled castes Buddhist Community, recognized tribes of the tribal area, Azad Kashmir Northern areas, Sindh (Rural) and Balochistan for the post at Serial No. 4 only. 

• 10 years age relaxation up to the age of 55 years will be given to the Govt. servants including who have completed 02 years continues service on the closing date of the receipt of the applications. 

IX. Original documents must be presented by candidates at the time of interview. 

X. WAPDA reserves the right to withhold the recruitment process at any stage. 

XI. The application submitted by the candidates to PTS will be at risk and cost of the applicant. Any information found bogus at any stage, during induction or later in service will result in termination thereof. 

XII. Candidates who have been dismissed or disbarred from future employment are not eligible to apply. 

XIII. Candidates shall submit application forms duly filled in along with test fee of Rs. 170- in favour of Pakistan Testing Service (PTS), a copy of CNIC & two recent passport size photographs directly to PTS through courier on the address mentioned on application form PTS Head Office, 3rd floor, Adeel Plaza, Blue Area, Islamabad on or before the last date of receipt of applications. 

XIV. Last date of submission of application is 25 October, 2018. 

XV. Candidates may contact PTS for any information / query regarding written test. display of provisional and final list of candidates. roll no slips and result etc.
