Applications on prescribed Form (Rs.2,500/- Non Refundable) are invited from Qualified/Eligible Candidates for the following Positions at Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences, Jamshoro:-

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

• REGISTRAR (BPS-20) 

• MBBS or equivalent Degree duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission. Preference will be given to those having PhD/ Masters in Public Administration. 

• Minimum 17 (seventeen) years purely administrative experience from Mid to Senior Management Positions (from BPS-17 to BPS-20) including experience as Registrar or equivalent status position in Government/ Public Sector University/ Institute / Board. 

• The candidate having less than 17 years administrative experience shall not be shortlisted. 

• CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS (BPS-20) 

• MBBS or equivalent Degree duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission. Preference will be given to those having PhD/ Masters in Administration. 

• Minimum 17 years experience of purely Examination and administration including experience as Controller or equivalent status position in Government/ Public Sector University/ Institute / Board. 

• DIRECTOR HUMAN RESOURCES (BPS-20) 

• At least 2nd class Master degree in Human Resources Management from HEC recognized University with 17 years post qualification experience related to Human Resources Management / Policies in BPS-17 & above in the University/ Institute/ Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous bodies. 

• DIRECTOR PLANNING (BPS-20)  

• At least 2nd class Master's Degree in Civil/ Business Administration/ Statistics with no 3rd division in academic career from HEC recognized University/ Institution. 

• Minimum 17 years post qualification relevant experience in BPS-17 & above in a reputable Public Sector University/ Boards/Semi Government /Autonomous Body/ Institute. 

• He shall be responsible for the planning & development of the University and shall present the development's plans and proposals to the Finance & Planning Committee and other relevant authorities of the University. 

• DIRECTOR NURSING (BPS-20) 

• PhD in Nursing from HEC Recognized University/Institute duly registered with Pakistan Nursing Council with at least 05 years Post-Qualification Administrative/ Teaching experience in Nursing Institute recognized by HEC. OR 

• MSN/M.Sc in Nursing from HEC recognized University/Institute duly registered with PNC with at least 17 years Post-Qualification Administrative/ Teaching Experience in a post equivalent to Grade-17 and above in the recognized Institute/Organization. 

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:  

i) Age limit is relaxable as per Government Policy. 

ii) Those Candidates who are working in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous/ Semi-Autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel with Departmental Permission (NOC) and no application shall be entertained without submission of such NOC in this office within due date. 

iii) Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written test/interview. 

iv) University reserves the right to cancel all advertised post(s), partly or as a whole. 

v) Incomplete Application(s), in any manner, shall not be entertained. 

vi) Canvassing in any manner will disqualify the Candidate. 

vii) No T.A/DA will be paid for appearing in Written Test / Interview. 

viii) The relevant basic degree shall be registered and recognized with PEC/PNC/PM&DC 

ix) 02% Quota is reserved for Disabled Persons. (Disability Certificate should from concerned be submitted at the time of submission of application form) 

x) 05% Quota is reserved for Minorities (Non-Muslims). 

xi) 10% Quota is reserved for Women. 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:  

• Prescribed application forms are available from the office of the Director Human Resources (Old Academic Council Hall), LUMHS Jamshoro, on payment of Rs.2500/- (Non refundable) for each post, through a Bank Chalfant payable in National Bank of Pakistan, LUMHS Branch, Jamshoro, or application form can be downloaded from the website http://www.lumhs.edu.pk duly supported with Pay Order / Bank Draft of Rs.2500/-in favour of Vice Chancellor, LUMHS Jamshoro. 

• Application form with full particulars must include three photographs, TWO SETS of attested photocopies of all relevant Educational certificates, Experience certificates, Residential documents (Domicile/ PRC of Sindh & CNIC) and Matriculation Pakka Certificate, Mark sheet and onwards 

• The required documents are to be submitted at the time of submission of application form on or before the closing date and no further communication regarding short of documents will be made after the due date. 

• Separate application form for each subject/ discipline should be submitted. (Subject/ Discipline should be clearly mentioned in the application form). 

• Application(s) on plain paper and/ or only CV will not be entertained.
