SITUATION VACANT 

• Provost (BPS-20)

First division masters degree or BS 4 years with' at least 3 out of 4 CGPA (16 years education) from HEC recognized University/ DAI's with 17 years' relevant experience in pay scale 17 or its equivalent and above. 

• Director Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) (BPS-20)

PhD from HEC recognized University/Institution with 15 years of experience OR First Division masters degree or BS 4 years with at least 3 out of 4 CGPA (16 years education) from HEC recognized University/Institution with 17 years relevant experience in University relating to teaching, research and management in pay scale I 7 or its equivalent and above. 

• Director Administration (BPS-20)

First division masters degree or BS 4 years with at least 3 out of 4 CGPA (16 years education) from HEC recognized University/ DAI's with 17 years' relevant experience in pay scale 17 or its equivalent and above. 

• Director Admission (BPS-20)

First Division Master masters degree or BS 4 years with at least 3 out of 4 CGPA (16 years education) with 17 years' relevant experience in pay scale 17 or its equivalent and above. 5. Director ORIC 20 1 PhD from HEC recognized University/Institution with 15 years of relevant experience OR First Division masters degree or BS 4 years with at least 3 out of 4 CGPA (16 years education) from HEC recognized University/Institution with 17 years relevant experience in University relating to teaching, research and management in pay scale I 7 or its equivalent and above. 

• Additional Director P&D (BPS-19)

First Division masters degree or BS 4 years with at least 3 out of 4 CGPA (16 years education) in Economics or Business Administration from HEC recognized University/ DAI's /Institute with 12 years relevant experience in pay scale 17 or its equivalent and above. 

Deputy Librarian (BPS-18)

First division M.L.S. with 5 years experience of Library work in a Public Sector University or Government Department in pay scale 17 or its equivalent. 

• Senior Audit Officer / Deputy Director Audit (BPS-18)

First division masters degree or BS 4 years with at least 3 out of 4 CGPA (16 years education) in Business Administration with specialization in Finance), or Commerce from HEC recognized University/ DAI's with 05 years relevant experience in accounts in a University or a Government Department or an Autonomous Organization. 

• Deputy Director (QEC) (BPS-18)

PhD from HEC recognized University/ DAI's with 02 years' administrative/teaching experience in University/Government or autonomous body in minimum BPS-17 or its equivalent OR First division masters degree or BS 4 years with at least 3 out of 4 CGPA (16 years education); from HEC recognized University/ DAI's with 05 years' administrative experience in University/Government or autonomous body in BPS-I 7 or its equivalent. 

• Deputy Director Works Assistant Registrar (BPS-18)

First Class BE (16 years education) in Civil Engineering, from HEC recognized University and Pakistan Engineering Council with 07 years' relevant experience in a University or a Government Department or an Autonomous Organization in pay scale 17 or its equivalent and above OR Second Class BE (16 years education) in Civil Engineering, from HEC recognized University and Pakistan Engineering Council with 10 years' relevant experience M a University or a Government Department or an Autonomous Organization in pay scale 17 or its equivalent and above. No third division in the entire academic career. First division masters degree or BS 4 years with at least 3 out of 4 CGPA (16 years education) from HEC recognized University/ DAI's.

• Transport officer (BPS-17)

First division masters degree or BS 4 years with at least 3 out of 4 CGPA (16 years education) in Automobile Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or B. Tech (Hons.) in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or Degree awarding institute. 

• Medical officer (BPS-17)

MBBS or Equivalent Degree from a recognized institution preferably with 1-year experience. 

Term & Conditions:

(1)The candidates serving in Govt, Semi Govt and Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper Channel. 

(2) The application form can be downloaded from Abbottabad University of Science & Technology website: www.aust.edu.pk  or can be obtained from the enquiry Office of the University. Only the prescribed application form will be accepted. 

(3) No column of the application form should be left blank particularly equivalent percentage marks/CGPA, contact numbers (both landline and mobile) and postal address. 

(4) A Bank draft in favour of Treasurer, Abbottabad University of Science & Technology of Rs. 4000/- for posts at Sr. No. 1 to 5, Rs. 3000/- for a post at Sr. No. 6, Rs. 2000/- for posts at Sr. No. 7 to 10 and Rs. 1000/- for posts at Sr. No. 11 to 13 should be deposited. Original receipt of Bank Draft (and one photocopy of the same) with attested photocopies of all DMSs, Degrees, Certificates, Experience Certificates, CNIC, research papers and 3 recent passport size photographs must be attached with the Application Form.

(5) The candidates having Foreign Degree/Certificate will provide Equivalency Certificates from HEC/IBCC, Islamabad before the closing date.

(6) Experience/qualification gained after the last date of submission shall not be considered. 

(7) The selected candidates will be governed by the Rules/Regulations/Statutes of the Abbottabad University of Science & Technology as amended from time to time. 

(8) University reserves the rights to increase/decrease the number of positions, not to fill any position, withhold the appointment against any advertised position or to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
