 Directorate General Of Labour Welfare Quetta Balochistan.

Applications are invited for the following posts having Balochistan local/domicile under Project namely "Balochistan Child Labour Survey" on contractual basis for a period of 12 months. 

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

• Database & System Administrator 

Qualification & Experience: 

Requirements: 

• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject 

• 3+ years of practical experience in a medium-sized organization. 

• Certification is a definite plus 

• Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux and Windows-based environments. 

• Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g., Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Ruby, MySQL) 

• Experience with configuring databases MySQL and SQL server. 

• Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box) 

• Experience with automation software (e.g., Puppet, cfengine, Chef) 

• Solid scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python) 

• Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP) 

• Software Developer / MIS Officer

Qualification & Experience: 

Requirements: 

• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject 

• 3+ years of practical experience in a medium-sized organization. 

• Certification is a definite plus 

• Three plus years writing code in .NET, C#, ASP, PHP and similar tools is a must. Testing software applications to production. 

• Able to conclude/deliver a software project on his/her own. 

• Complete working knowledge of software development lifecycle 

• Working experience in mobile application development. 

• Experience with configuring databases MySQL and SQL server. 

• Solid scripting skills (in any one of., shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python)
