Applications for the following positions are required on Contract Basis for a period of 01-year (Extendable up to 03-year) for the project titled "Establishment of Sub-Campus of Hazara University a Battagram". 

SITUATIONS VACANT 

• Professor (BPS-21) 

(One Each in IT, Management Sciences & Education AS PER HEC criteria 

• Assistant Professor (BPS-19) 

(One Each in IT, Management Sciences & Education AS PER HEC criteria 

• Lecturer (BPS-18) 

(Two Each in IT, Management Sciences, Education, Mathematics, English) AS PER HEC criteria 

ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS:

• Assistant Registrar (BPS-17) 

1st division degree (16-year education) from EEC recognized University/ DAI's

• Assistant Controller Examination (BPS-17) 

1st division degree (16-year education) from HEC recognized University/DAI's 

• Assistant Accounts Officer /Assistant Treasurer (BPS-17) 

1st division degree (16-year education) in Business Administration (with a specialization in Finance) or Commerce from EEC recognized University/DAI's.

• Assistant System/ Network Engineer (BPS-16) 

2nd Class Bachelor Degree in Computer Science with 03-years experience in Computer Networking.

• Office Assistant (BPS-16) 

2nd Class Graduate from a recognized University with 03-years experience of office work, drafting and use of computer 40 wpm.

• Office Secretary /PA (BPS-11) 

2nd Class Graduate from a recognized University with 03-years relevant experience.

• LDC (BPS-11) 

2nd Class Intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board with 02-years relevant office experience and typing speed of 30 wpm.

• Electrician (BPS-05)

2nd Class Matric with a certificate of Electrician from any Registered Institute and 01-years experience of electrical work in a government department, autonomous organization/ private organization. 

• Driver (BPS-05)

2nd Class Metric with LTV/ETV license with 03-year experience.

• Naib Qasid (BPS-01) 

Literate/Middle pass.

Security Guard (BPS-01) 03 Preferably retired personnel from Armed Forces supporting/fighting Arms.

• Mali (BPS-01) 

Literate with 01-years relevant experience 

• Sweeper (BPS-01)

Literate preferably middle.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Hazara University reserves the right not to fill any post, withhold the appointment against any advertised post, increase/decrease the number of positions or to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason. 

2. The candidates serving in Govt. Semi Govt. Autonomous Bodies should route their applications through proper channel with NOC / proper permission. 

3. Application Form can be downloaded from www.hu.edu.pk or can be obtained from Battagram Campus, near Govt Girls Degree College, Battagram. The only prescribed application form will be accepted. 

4. A Bank Draft/deposit slip amounting to Rs. 6,000/- for Professors (including Processing & Evaluation Fee along with 04 photocopies of application forms/dossiers) and for Assistant Professors & Lecturers a Bank Draft/deposit slip amounting to Rs. 2000/- must be attached with application form. 

5. A Bank Draft/deposit slip amounting to Rs. 1500/- (S. No. 1 to 3) and Rs. 500/- (S. No. 4 to 13) (Administrative Positions) must be attached with application form. 

6. The above-stipulated Bank Drafts should be in favour of Coordinator Battagram Campus under the account titled "Focal Person Battagram Campus", Account No. 4149649689 NBP (0926), Battagram. 

7. Applicants applying for more than one post should submit a separate application form with fee. 

8. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. 

9. Appointments in BPS 1 to 5 shall be made from persons living within the territorial jurisdiction of the University, while appointments in BPS 6 to 16 shall be made from persons living in the divisional jurisdiction of the university. 

10. In the case of semester system, CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 shall be considered as 1st Division. 

11. The Last date for receipt of applications is August 20, 2018. 

12. Applications complete in all respects should reach to Hazara University Battagram Campus near Govt. Girls Degree College, Battagram through post or courier service
