DEPUTY DIRECTOR HR 

Contract Basis (Equivalent to BS-18)

• Master's Degree with specialization in HR from HEC recognized university or from a reputable foreign university. Minimum 16 years education required. 

• At least 10 years' experience in functions of HR including:
• Organizational structural planning
• Recruitment
• Designing HR policies
• ERP-HR Module user experience
• MUST Age Limit Up to 45 years
• Relaxation in case a candidate possesses exceptional qualification or experience.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR FINANCE AND ADMIN  

Contract Basis (Equivalent to BS-17)
• Master's Degree from HEC recognized university or from a reputable foreign university.
• At least 10 years of experience in finance and administration including:
• coordinating and supervising daily operations
• planning finance-related training programs
• budgeting and monitoring expenses
• scheduling of events
• formulating and implementing policies and procedures
• At least 5 years+ experience in public sector finance.
• Age Limit Up to 40 years
• Relaxation in case a candidate possesses exceptional qualification or experience.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT 

Contract Basis (Equivalent to BS-17)
Master's Degree from HEC recognized university or from a reputable foreign university.
• At least 7 years of experience in training related to
• developing course content
• develop training curricula
• prepare annual training calendar
• planning training programs
• preparing assessment reports for training programs:
• coordination with internal & external trainers and institutions/ universities
• Public sector experience will be a plus.
• Age Limit Up to 40 years
• Relaxation in case a candidate possesses exceptional qualification or experience.
