Application for appointment of Town Planning, Architectural & Engineering Consultants of repute rendering Consultancy services in Planning, Design and Construction supervision having sufficient experience registered with PCATP/PEC are invited in connection with the planning, Design & Detail Supervision of Olympians Cooperative Housing Society, Mouza Rakh Jehdu Khana Nau, Lahore, interested parties are required to furnish their applications and sealed financial and Technical proposal along with following information.

I. Name and Address of Company branch office, if any, 

II. Status of the Firm (i.e. proprietorship or a limited company) with name of the principal persons (s). 

III. Organization setup and list of technical/permanent staff along with their qualifications and experience. 

IV. List if similar works already completed indicating their quantum/Cost. 

V. List of similar works presently in hand indicating their quantum/Cost. 

VI. National Tax Number. 

VII.An affidavit to the effect that firm has not been blacklisted by any government/ autonomous agency. 

VIII.Details of litigation and arbitration cases, if any, which the firms has been involved during any work. 

IX. Particular of associates for Town planning, Architectural, Structural and services etc. to engaged for this particular work. 

X. Banker's certificate of financial standing. 

XI. Registration with professional bodies i.e. PCATP & PEC. 

FINANCIAL PROPOSAL: 

The interested parties shall submit financial proposal regarding providing consultancy services for the following jobs. 

I. Examination of the existing layout plan. 

II. Preparation of detailed Engineering design, BOQ's Specification and Tender Documents of Water Supply Network, Overhead reservoir, Sewerage and Sewerage Disposal work, Roads and footpath, Surface Drainage Works, Horticultural design, Landscaping of parks/ Green belts, Boundary wall and Main gate etc. 

III. Architectural, Engineering design of various building like society office, Mosque, School, Hospital etc. 

IV. Additional information if required can be obtained from the undersigned. 

V. The interested Companies must provide complete profile, last 5 year completed project's details and its success stories. 

VI. Application along with the above-mentioned information, brochure ect should reach the undersigned within 7 days from the date of publication in newspaper. 

VII. The Interested companies must provide its time period for completion of project.
