Applications are invited from suitable candidates who are domicile holders of Khyt Pakhtunkhwa for the below-mentioned posts at Nowshera Medical College, Nowshera on t terms & conditions prescribed under KPK MTI Reforms Act 2015 and Regulations frame them under:- 

POSITION VACANT

•  Associate Professors Maxillofacial Surgery 

As per relevant PM&DC regulations. 

• Assistant Professors Orthodontics 

As per relevant PM&DC regulations. 

• Senior Registrars: Prosthodontics 

As per relevant PM&DC regulations 

• Administrative Officer BPS-17 

a) Master Degree or equivalent from HCE recognized university. 

b) 10 years experience as Office Superintendent in public sector Medical college or attached Teaching Hospital S postgraduate Medical Institute. 

• Superintendent BPS-17

c) Master Degree or equivalent from HCE recognized university. 

d) 05 years experience as Senior clerk in a public sector Medical college or attached Teaching Hospital or Postgraduate Medical Institute. 

• Computer Operator BPS-16 

a) Bachelor Degree in Computer Science & Information Technology. OR 2nd Class Bachelor Degree in Arts along-with one year Diplom' (DIT) in Computer from Board of Technical Education or ii equivalent. 

Terms & Conditions: 

1. Application accompanied with complete bio-data and attested photocopies of academic /experience documents must reach to the office of the undersigned by 15/07/2018. 

2. The prescribed application form is available on our website www.nmcn.edu.pk 

3. Interview calls will be issued to shortlisted candidates only. 

4. The application must reach to this office on or before the last date during office hours. 

5. If closing date fixed for the receipt of application form falls on the official holiday, the is day shall be considered as the closing date. 

6. Applicants already working in Govt./Autonomous Institution must their applications through proper channel. 

7. Applications after the closing time and date are not acceptable. 

8. The Scrutiny committee shall be competent to reject applications which are incomplete However the aggrieved candidate can appeal to the Intuitional Management Committee (151C) of MTI Nowshera for review whose decisions shall be final. 

9. Duly attested /Photostat copies of all the documents will be acceptable on the Condition that the candidate would bring the originals documents as and when they are called f interview. 

10. Date of birth shall ordinarily be endorsed in the Matriculation/equivalent certificate When an application received from a candidate who claims age concessions, allowed the government from time to time, will be allowed under the rules by the competing authority. 

11. A candidate may be disqualified and or excluded from the interview if he/she was. 

a. Convicted by the court of law. 

b. Dismissed from public service. 

c. Knowingly furnishes any false information. 

d. Suppresses any information which may lead to his disqualification. 

e. Attempts to obtain support for his (candidate by improper means). 

f. Submits forged certificates. 

g. Tempers with the entries in his age and academic certificates. 

h. Misbehave in the interview. 

12. No TA/DA is allowed for the interview or initial recruitment. 

13. The Competent Authority may relax age of any candidate in the best interest of institute & Public 14. Candidates who apply for faculty shall be considered only if they produce eligible. certificate from PM&DC. 

15. The retired applicant, if found eligible and suitable for the relevant post, shall be recommended on contract basis as per approval of the Competent Authority. 

16. An applicant who is already registered or has applied for registration as faculty of Medical College with PM&DC, his application shall be considered only if accompanied by NOC for faculty transfer, from the Medical College concerned. 

17. The applicant may be called for test/interview if the post he has applied for, is required to be filled up at the relevant time. 

18. If a teaching experience certificate is issued by a private section Medical College and the applicant is/was a Govt or Civil Servant, he shall also be required to produce letter/certificate from the Director General Health Services/Health Department that at the relevant time, he has not employee of Health Department/Provincial Govt or h joined the private Medical College with approval of the relevant Competent Authority.
