Leading Architectural & Design firm for their Prestigious Project in Medina immediately requires qualified Engineer for Supervision and Monitoring the execution of works of the Contractor on site. This is senior management position and only those with over 10 years of experience in administration and Management of Engineering projects of highly superior quality structural and finishes works on fast track need to apply.

• PROJECT MANAGER 

QUALIFICATION: 

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized University in Pakistan recognized by Higher Education Commission (NEC). Candidate with Master's Degree in Project Management from a recognized University in Pakistan or abroad shall be preferred. The candidate having command over the Arabic language along with professional competence will be preferred the most. Candidate must also be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

Candidate with Bachelor/Master's Degree must have over 10 years of Project Management of Engineering project at the site of superior quality finish works on fast track project. Project Manager shall have overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring. controlling and closure of a project. Project Manager shall have a combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts, as sill as have management skills. The project manager shall have the ability of open communication and give others an opportunity to express opinions and concerns. Project Manager shall have the knowledge and use of latest project management software, such as Microsoft Project and CAD to sort out the Contractor tasks and workforce & also produce reports and charts. The responsibilities of the Project Manager shall be; .1 Project Planning ii) Time Estimating iii) Review and approval of Coordinated Drawings (Architectural, Structural & MEP Drawings) iv) Documentation v) Monitoring and Reporting Progress vi) Controlling Quality vii) Working with Vendors viii) Problem-solving skill.
