Applications are invited for the recruitment of following on Adhoc Basis at Civil Hospital, Bahawalpur:- 

JOB OPPORTUNITIES

• Senior Registrar Anesthesia (BS-18) 

(For Paediatric Institute of Civil Hospital Bahawalpur)

(i) MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council; 

(ii) Registered with Pakistan Medical and Dental Council; and 

(iii) Has the postgraduate qualification of: 

(a) FCPS, MS, Diplomat American Board or equivalent qualification in Paediatric Anesthesiology recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council; OR 

(b) FCPS, MS, Diplomat American Board or equivalent qualification in Anesthesiology recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council and one year experience in Paediatric Anesthesiology before or after post-graduation in an institution recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council; OR

(c) FCPS, MS, Diplomat American Board or equivalent qualification in the subject of Anesthesiology recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council. 

• Senior Registrar Neonatology (BS-18) 

a) MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by the PMDC. 

b) Registered with PMDC. 

c) The following postgraduate qualification: 

i) FCPS/MD/MRCP/Diplomat American Board in relevant speciality or equivalent qualification recognized by PMDC. OR 

ii) FCPS(Paediatrics)/MD(Paediatric)/MRCP(Paediatrics)/Diplomat American Board(Paediatrics) or equivalent qualification recognized by PMDC with one year experience after post-graduation in the relevant speciality in an institution recognized by PMDC. 

• Senior Registrar Paeds Medicine (BS-18)
• Senior Registrar Paeds Surgery (BS-18)
• Senior Registrar Medicine (BS-18)
• Senior Registrar Psychiatry (BS-18)
• Senior Registrar Cardiology (BS-18)
• Senior Registrar Radiology (BS-18)

i) MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) and the postgraduate qualification of FCPS/MS/FRCS/MRCP/MD/Diplomat of American Board in the respective specialty or equivalent medical qualification in the respective specialty recognized by PMDC; OR (II) MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) and the postgraduate qualification of FCPS/MS/FRCS/MRCP/MD/Diplomat of American Board (General Surgery / Medicine) or any other equivalent medical qualification recognized by PMDC with three years practical experience in the respective specialty  in a recognized institution after post-graduation.

• Medical Officer (BS-17) 

I. MBBS Qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council; 

II. Registered with Pakistan Medical & Dental Council; and 

Ill. Has one year experience of regular house Job. 

• Medical Officer (Male/Female) (BS-17) 

I. MBBS Qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council; 

II. Registered with Pakistan Medical & Dental Council; and 

III. Has one year experience of regular house Job. 

• Charge Nurse (Female) (BPS-16) 

I. B.Sc. Nursing Generic (four years) and valid registration from Pakistan Nursing Council; OR 

II. Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery and valid registration from Pakistan Nursing Council. Preference shall be given to the Graduate of Government institutions.

General Instructions:

1. Prescribed application performa with detail information can be obtained from the Office of the MS, Civil Hospital, Bahawalpur, free of cost. 

2. 02-Set of photocopies (01-Set Attested & 01-Set Plain) of the entire certificates/documents/testimonials/experience certificates/Domicile/CNIC/02-passport size photographs be attached with application. 

3. Applicants for the post of Medical Officer will be posted at various departments of Civil Hospital, Bahawalpur. 

4. All those doctors, who are getting PG Trainings/Diploma Trainings are not eligible to apply. 

5. Interview of eligible candidates will be conducted as per schedule. No separate call letter for Interview will be issued. 

6. Eligible Candidates appearing for interview must bring their originals documents at the time of interview. 

7. General age relaxation in upper age limit for Male Candidates=5-Years and Female Candidates=8-Years for only the posts of SRs & Nurses. 

8. 15% quota for Women (where gender is not mentioned) as per Government instructions/notification. 

9. 05% quota for Minority (Non-Muslim), as per Government instructions/notification. 

10. 03% quota for Disabled Persons, as per Government instructions/notification. 

11. 20% quota for bona fide residents of the special zone as per Govt. of the Punjab, S&GAD(Regulations Wing) Notification dated 25-05-2018. 

12. Candidates applying against Disabled Quota must attach Disability Certificate issued by the District Social Welfare Officer. 

13. Employees already serving should apply through proper channel from their respective department along with NOC. 

14. Recruitment shall be made as per Government Recruitment Rules/Policy. 

15. Department reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any time. 

16. Department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts at any time during recruitment process. 

17. No TA/DA shall be permissible. 

18. Applicants must have Domicile of Punjab.
