ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Qualification: MBA, MA in Economics, M.Com, MPA from HEC recognized university/ institution. Computer skills/knowledge is mandatory.

Experience:  At least 10 years post qualification experience with 05 years in a similar sector in a Bank/financial institutions. 

Age Limit:  35-50 years

Pay Package: Negotiable, depending upon the qualification & experience of the candidate.

  

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

i. Can manage sales workforce of Relationship Officers — Assets and to achieve the advances in business growth targets for SME. 

ii. Can evaluate, review and submit credit proposals of commercial & SME for approval in coordination with a team of R0s, branches and CAD Division. 

iii. Responsible for monitoring of portfolio and recovery of NPLs/stuck-up portfolios. 

iv. Can generate referrals for teams and to ensure achievement of assigned targets.
