The Sindh Resilience Project (Provincial Disaster Management Authority Component) has received credit from the International Development Association towards the cost of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the hiring of individual consultants to work as a team in Sindh Resilience Project. The Sindh Resilience Project (Provincial Disaster Management Authority Component) now invites applications from the eligible Individual (consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the below-mentioned Services. Interested Consultants should provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the indicated services. 

JOBS OPPORTUNITIES

•  Procurement and Contract Management Specialist 

• An advanced degree (16 years of education) in a suitable discipline. • At least five (5) years experience after acquiring a stipulated qualification in the field of Procurement and Contract Management. 

• Demonstrated experience with procurement of goods. works & services, preferably in the public sector and foreign-funded projects. 

• Excellent presentation skills with written and oral communication are desired. 

• Excellent IT/computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlook. 

•  Media and Communication Specialist 

• Master in Communications / Journalism or related discipline from recognized University. 

• A minimum of five years of experience as communication / another related field. 

• Experience of the public sector and donor funded projects is highly desirable. 

• Demonstrated interpersonal and presentation skills. • Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team environment, 

• Written and oral fluency in Urdu and English. Fluency in local languages would be an added advantage. • Excellent IT and report wrote skill.
