The Government of Sindh has received a DFID "Grant" through the World Bank to improve the nutrition status of the people in the province under the program "Multi-Sectoral Action for Nutrition (MSAN)". MSAN supports Government of Sindh's Saaf Suthro Sindh (SSS) Program of WASH under Local Government Department and Agriculture for Nutrition (A4N) Project under Agriculture Department. Part of the proceeds of Grant under MSAN is intended to payments for following "Individual Consultants Services" to be procured under this project: 

JOBS OPPORTUNITIES

• Procurement Specialist (One position) 

Qualification: Master's (at least sixteen years of education) degree from HEC recognized University in Management Sciences/Statistics/Economics/Finance/Engineering or Commerce or related field from reputable local or foreign institution. A certificate/diploma/degree in the field of Procurement Management from reputable local or foreign institution shall be an advantage. Experience: Should have at least 10 (ten) years' experience; after acquiring the stipulated qualification, in the procurement processes with the public/private projects involving procurement of goods and/ or works & services. 

• Financial Management Specialist (One position) 

Qualification: Master's degree (at least sixteen years of education) from Higher Education Commission recognized University preferably in Accounting or Finance, preferably CPA/CA/ACCA (or equivalent). Experience: At least five (05) years of progressively responsible financial management services; after acquiring the stipulated qualification, in the public and private sector. The incumbent should have extensive knowledge of Government Financial Management systems and knowledge about World Bank or other donors Financial Management and disbursement guidelines. Proficiency in English and basic IT skills (MS Office) will be mandatory. Training in SAS shall be a preference. 

• Project Coordinator (One position) 

Qualification: Master Degree (at least sixteen years of education) in Nutrition / Public Health Engineering. Certification in Project Management and Coordination will be an added advantage. Experience: Overall ten-year experience; after acquiring stipulated qualification, with at least five years' experience in WASH-Nutrition programs. Experience in managing / coordinating water, sanitation, nutrition and health linked interventions shall be accorded due weight. Experience in the World Bank-funded projects would be an added advantage. 

• Environment Specialist (One position) 

Qualification: An advanced degree (at least sixteen years of education) in Environmental Engineering / Science. Experience: At least ten (10) years' experience after acquiring stipulated qualification in the field of environmental management and implementation in development projects. Excellent writing and communications as evidenced by a body of written work. Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Remuneration would be commensurate with the qualification and experience.
