• PROFESSOR (Male/Female)

Package BS-21 /ITS Age 

Limit: 35-55 

Subject Botany (01), Business Administration (01), Computer Science (01), Fine Arts (01) Physics (01), Political Science (01), Statistics (01) and Sociology (01). 

• ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR (Male/Female) 

HEC relevant Criteria. 

Package BS-20 /TTS Age 

Limit: 35-50 

Business Administration (01), Computer Science (01), Environmental Science (01), Fine Arts (01), Physics (01). Subject Political Science (01), Sociology (01) and Statistics (01). 

• ASSISTANT PROFESSOR (Preferably Female) 

As per HEC relevant Criteria. 

Package BS-19 /TTS 

Age Limit: 30-45 

Botany (02), Computer Science (02), English (01), Fine Arts (01), Mathematics (02), Political Science (01), Sociology (01 ) Subject and Zoology (Person having research in the fields of Pharmacology, Ethnomedicine and Toxicology with basic degree (MSc/M. Phil) in Zoology can also apply (01). 

• Lecturer 

As per HEC relevant Criteria.

Age Limit: 21-35 

English (01), Fine Arts (01), Physics (011 and Sociology 

• Associate Lecturer (Fine Arts) (Post 03) (Female) 

Package BS-17 

Age Limit: 21-35 

BS/MA/MSc/ or equivalent 16 years of education Subject Criteria with no 3rd division in the academic career, in (02). relevant subject. 

ADMINISTRATIVE POSTS 

• Registrar BS-20 

Qualification/Experience: Master or equivalent least (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC recognized University/Institution and 12 years, in aggregate teaching/administrative or professional experience in an HEC recognized University or post graduate Institution in a Nationalor International Organization. Preference shall be given to the candidate who has the experience in the relevant field. 

• Treasurer BS-20 

Qualification/Experience: CA/ACMA/MBA (Finance/ Accounts), M.Com or MA (Economics) at least rd Division from an HEC recognized University/ Institution with 12 years, in aggregate, experience of audit and accounts in Public Sector Organization of repute OR officer of Pakistan Audit & Accounts Services of Pakistan on deputation. 

• Controller of Examinations BS-20 

Qualification/Experience: Master or equivalent degree (at least 2" Division) from HEC recognized University/Institution and 12 years, in aggregate, teaching/administrative or professional experience in an HEC recognized University or postgraduate Institution in a National or International Organization. Preference shall be given to the candidate who has the experience in the relevant field. 

• Director ORIC BS-20 

Qualification/Experience: PhD in Basic Sciences/ Engineering and Information Technology/ Management Sciences with 10 years of academic/ research experience in a National/Internation Organization. Must have strong ties with local Government, Business/ Industry, Entrepreneurs, Universities and Social Communities. Proven leadership experience in managing and growing non-profit Organization. Preference will be given to those who have Public Sector experience. 

• Deputy Treasurer (BS-18) 

Qualification/Experience: CA/ACMA/ MBA (Finance/Accounts/M.Com/MA (Economics) in at least 2nd Division from an HEC recognized University/Institution with 05 years experience (BS-17 or equivalent) in Audit or Accounts in a Government/Private organization of repute OR passed SAS/DAO/PIPFA examinations Audit and Accounts department Govt. of Pakistan with 10 years' experience. 

INSTRUCTIONS

➢ The applicants are required to submit a draft/ pay order of Rs. 1500 for (BS-I9 & above) and Rs. 1000 for (BS-17 & BS-18) in favour of Treasurer GC Women University, Sialkot. 

➢ The application forms are available on University website (www.gcwus.edu.pk) as well as in the office of the Registrar. 

➢ The applications only on prescribed forms alongwith brief updated CV, attested copies of the Degrees & detail Marks Certificates, Experience Certificates, C.N.LC copy and three recent passport size photographs will be entertained. 

➢ The Candidates applying for the teaching posts on (BS/TES are requirea to summit seperate prescribea form tin triplicate). 

➢ The Candidate should mention the date of Notifications/Result and time period of a degree in the relevant column. 

➢ The Candidates applying for more then one post should submit separate application forms & draft for every post applied. 

➢ Only those male candidates can apply for the post of Assistant Professor & above who possess Ph.D degree. 

➢ 3% Quota for disable persons (as per Government policy) will be applicable.

➢ Applicants already working in Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel. 

➢ Only Short listed candidates will be called for Test/Interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for Test/ Interview. 

➢ Age relaxation will be given in exceptional cases. 

➢ Applicants against whom any inquiry is pending or in litigation with their parent institution or any Government institution or agency are not eligible to apply.
