Medical Teaching Institution Hayatabad Peshawar Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Jobs.

Applications are invited for the following vacancies at Medical Teaching Institution-Hayatabad Medical Complex, Hayatabad-Peshawar. Candidates must have domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa / adjacent Tribal areas with the following condition. A CLINIC-POSITIONS:  

VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT 

• Specialist Anesthetist (BPS- 18) 

MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC and; b) First preference: F.C.P.S or equivalent qualification in respective subject; or another equivalent level III qualification in the specialities approved by the SRC & Recognized/registered by the PM&DC.
*Second Preference: Diploma in Anesthesia with 3 years experience.

• Specialist Registrars ENT/Paeds Cardiology/Neurosurgery etc.

MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC and; b) F.C.P.S or equivalent in the respective subject; or another equivalent level III qualification in the specialities approved by the SRC & Recognized / Registered by the PM&DC.
The services of the selected candidate will be for a period of 01 years further extendable upon the approval of the BoG, MTI/HMC for maximum 03 years.

• Trainee Registrars Endocrinology/Paeds Cardiology/Gastroenterology

a) MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC. b) FCPS Part-II training completed. c) The services of the selected candidate will be for a period of 01 years on a fixed pay basis and extendable for maximum 03 years upon the approval of BoG, MTI/HMC.

• Manager Pharmacy 

Pharm-D from a recognized University. b) 05 Years relevant experience in a tertiary care hospital.

• Radiation Protection Officer

First preference: B.Sc. in Radiology Imaging Technology with 01 years of relevant experience in a Govt. recognized/reputable institution.
Second Preference: Diploma in Health I Radiology Technology with 02 years of relevant experience in a Govt. recognized/reputable institution.

• Assistant Accountant 

16 years education related to Finance/ Accounts/Commerce from a recognized university. b) 02 years relevant experience in accounts and finance from a reputed institute and financial institution.

• Junior Clinical Technician-Radiology (BPS-12)

1st Class Secondary School Certificate (Science) from recognized Board. b) Diploma in Radiology from KPK Medical Faculty.

• Junior Clinical Technician-Surgical (BPS-12) 

1st Class Secondary School Certificate (Science) from recognized Board. b) Diploma in Surgical Technology from KPK Medical Faculty.


NON CLINICAL POSITIONS:

• Receptionist 

Intermediate from recognized Board with 01-year Diploma in I.T from Technical Board.) 01-years experience of relevant recognized/reputable institutions.

• Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

a) 1st Class IntermediateSchool Certificate from recognized Board.
b) DIT from Technical Board.
c) Candidate must have typing speed at least 40 words per minute.



TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1.Applications accompanied with complete bio-data and academic / experience / domicile certificates along with 02 recent photographs and CNIC photocopy duly attested must reach the Pre-Recruitment Section-HR Department - MT1/HMC within (02 Weeks) of the publication of this advertisement on a prescribed form. 

2. Application Forms are available on HMC website http://www.hmckp.qov.pk/downloads.php  and will be submitted in the (Pre-Recruitment Section-HR Department - MTI/HMC) along-with Bank Draft / Payment Order in favour of Hospital Director-MTI-HMC or through direct deposit in Bank of Khyber, Account Title: HMC Receipt Account, A/C Number 3205-00-9, Phase III Chowk. Hayatabad Peshawar.  

3. The application through registered couriers service to undersigned on or before due date of closing. 4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Shortlisting will be done either by written test or by their pre-interview marks or both. 

5. Their services will be governed, under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015. 

6. If the closing date fixed for the receipt of application form falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the closing date. 

7. An application after the closing time and date shall stand rejected. 

8. The Scrutiny Committee shall be competent to reject applications which are incomplete. However the aggrieved candidates can appeal to the competent form of HMC for review. The decision of the competent form thereof shall be final. 

9. Experience Marks will be given to only those candidates who have experience in relevant subject / field. 

10. Any candidate may be disqualified or excluded from the interview if he/ she were 

(a) Convicted by the court of law. 

(b) Dismissed from public service. 

(c) Knowingly furnishes any false information. 

(d) Suppresses any information which may lead to his/ her disqualification. 

(e) Attempts to obtain support for his/ her (candidature by improper means). 

(f) Submits forged certificates. 

(g) Tempers with the entries in his/ her age and academic certificates. 

(h) Misbehaves in the interview. 

11. Original documents should be produced at the time of interview. 

12. No TA/DA is allowed for Test / Interview. 

13. Written statement on judicial stamp paper will be taken from selected candidates that they will not approach any office or court of law for regularization of their service.
