Establishment of Reference & Archival Library FATA 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Applications are invited from suitable candidates of KP/FATA domicile for the following contract/project positions, on project package in the Reference & Archival Library FATA. 

• Senior Librarian (BPS-17/PPS-7) (01 No.) (Rs. 90,000/ per month fixed) 

M.Sc. in Library Sciences /or equivalent qualification from recognized university At least 03 years relevant experience Proficient in the use of Computers. 

• Accountant (BPS16/PPS 6) (01 No.) (Rs. 60,000 per month fixed) 

MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification from recognized university Preferably 03 years experience in similar capacity 

• Computer Operator (BPS-16PPS-6) 0(2 No.) (Rs. 60,000 per month fixed) 

Master in Natural or Social Sciences with 2 years Diploma in computer science from technical board or Master in Computer Science or equivalent At least 03 years relevant experience. 

• Junior Clerk/Record Keeper (BPS 11/PPS 4) (01 No.) (Rs. 30,000 per month fixed) 

Graduate with Diploma in Computer Science At least 02 years IT experience.

1. Application along with CV, preferably attested copies of all testimonials/documents, Computerized NIC, Domicile certificate and two recent photographs must reach the office of Secretary Planning and Development Department, FATA Secretariat, Warsak Road Peshawar, till 12th June 2018. 

Note:

1. Incomplete/ late applications will not be entertained. 

2. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. 

3. The selected candidates will be issued one year contract that can be extended on satisfactory performance. 

4. Appointment will be made purely on contract with salary as per project policy. 

5. The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies, or cancel the recruitment process, without assigning any reason. 

6. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
