• Director Academics & Training

The scope of Responsibilities

• Directly responsible to plan. execute and manage all academic affairs. 
• Design and continuously improve curriculum under guidance from Curriculum Committee. 
• Develop, prepare & manage teachers training across the country. 
• Develop modules of Continual Professional Development (CPD) & prepare teachers training manuals. 
• Develop academic policies & examination manuals.

Eligibility

PhD/ M.Phil in Education from a recognized university. Excellent academic leadership & management skills. 7+ years experience as Master Trainer/ academic leadership.

• Assistant Director Academics & Training

The scope of Responsibilities

• Develops Term breakup. Scheme of Studies, Daily Lesson Plans. 
• Implementing the academic policies relating to curriculum & examination. 
• Monitoring Visits across the country. 
• Address academic queries and resolve issues made by NWAs. 
• Manage campus-based Training & Evaluation Plan. 

Eligibility

Masters degree in Education from a recognized university. - 3+ years' experience in curriculum development. 

• Marketing Manager

The scope of Responsibilities

• Manage & coordinate all marketing, advertising & promotional activities. 
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions & competitor information. 
• Develop Business Expansion Plan. Maintain Sales Record & its follow.up. 
• Ensure aggressive sale, recoveries & reconciliation of NWAs. Effective communication & coordination skills. 
• Good Media relations/handling social media. 

Eligibility

MBA./ M.Com from a recognized university. At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Customer Relations & Market Research.

• Graphic Designer

The scope of Responsibilities

• Strong expertise in Photoshop. Illustration, Flash. InPage, Corel Draw, branding, advertising, graphics & other web designing tools. 
• Know printing process & knowledge of HTML & CSS. 

Eligibility

3+ years relevant experience.
